Our Peanut Butter recipe contains Butter, Peanut Butter (chunky typically is the favorite), Shortening, Brown sugar and Raw Honey and enriched unbleached wheat flour. It became a fast favorite selling out each day of the last fair vending we did. Its soft and fragile and are made from 50 grams of dough, almost 3″!

Our Peanut butter cookies have been a fun product to develop from a sandwich cookie recipe we added extra peanut butter, egg, some raw local honey and coupled that with some beat sourced brown sugar and came up with a medium of stamping them. We’ve enjoyed it as a newer favorite competing with the popular cowboy cookie and the ability to support some local farmers and mills.
